The staggered layout of the lots and cul-de-sacs provide each owner with open views and uncluttered landscaping. There are other distinctive features of our community, including our natural stone entrance, a park with swing and playsets, and rolling landscapes.

Since its development, Creekside has been governed by a homeowner’s association that preserves the green space property and streets. This organization makes sure that everything is in order with lawn maintenance and cul-de-sac snowplowing services. These services in addition to the repair and replacement of subdivision roads are funded by an annual homeowner fee.

To maintain the original design and appearance of each home and the neighborhood, all residences’ exterior features and landscapes are governed by regulations like other developments in our area. For details, see the Creekside Governance section that contains our rules and regulations.
