Our association owns and maintains all the cul-de-sac roads and communal areas, including the entrances, street signs, islands, and fencing throughout our community. The annual fees we collect support operating expenses, such as landscape maintenance and snowplowing as well as major capital investments to the Road Replacement Fund.

We employ a managing agent who provides association administrative services. Additionally, we hire a maintenance agent who is responsible for contracting appropriate maintenance and construction services for our roads and landscaping activities.
