Important Association Documents

Documents

Below is a list of important association documents:

By-Laws

These outline the governance and operational rules of the association. They detail how the Board of Directors is elected, the frequency of meetings, voting rights, and the overall management structure of the community.

Creekside Declaration

Also known as the CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions), this is the primary legal document that "runs with the land." It establishes the legal framework for the community, including property boundaries, maintenance responsibilities, and long-term land-use restrictions.

Rules & Regulations

These provide daily living guidelines for all residents. They cover practical community standards such as parking policies, snow removal responsibilities, trash disposal, pet rules, and noise restrictions.

Procedures for Enforcing Rules

This document explains the formal process for handling violations. It typically includes the steps for issuing notices, the schedule of fines for non-compliance, and the process for residents to appeal a violation.
